By accessing or using the Brain Frog website (brainfrog.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Brain Frog reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All Brain Frog hats are handmade and may have minor natural variations in shape, texture, or finish. These are features of handmade goods, not defects. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Brain Frog does not store your payment card information.

We ship within Canada and internationally. Shipping times are estimates only and Brain Frog is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a purchase or reserve stock. It simply means we will notify you when a product becomes available. You are under no obligation to purchase when notified.

All content on this site — including the Brain Frog name, logo, photography, and copy — is owned by Brain Frog and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Brain Frog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the province in which Brain Frog operates.
