• Name and message — when you use the contact form.
• Order information — name, email, shipping address, and payment details when you place an order. Payment details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising, or behavioural analytics.

• To notify you when a hat you waitlisted is back in stock.
• To process and fulfil your orders.
• To respond to your messages.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use only a small number of functional cookies required to operate the site (such as your shopping cart). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed or until we notify you that the product is available. Order records are kept for a minimum of seven years as required by Canadian tax law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@brainfrog.ca.
